You call and we ask a few questions: how you work, who your customers are, what you're missing. From there we pick the right level together and build it around your case. If the small one is enough for you, we'll say so.
A short first call, to work out whether we can be useful to you. If we can't, we say so straight away and we've cost you ten minutes.
The second call is the one that counts: how you work, what customers keep asking you, what eats half an hour of your day. We don't design the site on the phone, we work out what it has to do.
In writing: what's included, what isn't, how long it takes, with the down payment and monthly fee already fixed. If something doesn't add up, this is when we fix it.

We set the exact date in the quote, once pages, content and features are clear. The thing that moves the calendar most isn't the code, it's the material: once photos, copy and opening hours arrive, the work runs without waiting.
Yes. The service covers hosting, domain, SSL certificate, backups, technical updates and support during the hours stated, as set out in the quote.
The length is stated in the quote and renews for equal periods unless cancelled in writing within the agreed notice. The down payment covers building the site and isn't refunded, because that work has already been done.
You provide the starting material — photos, opening hours, price list, logo — and we tell you in writing what's needed. We can write the copy from what you tell us: you read it and approve it before anything goes live.
Yes. Small content changes agreed with us — opening hours, copy, photos, contact details — are part of the upkeep. New features or new sections are quoted separately before we proceed.
The domain can be registered in your name and stays transferable. Hosting, upkeep and code follow the terms of the service; if you want to take the source code with you, you can agree a buy-out, as described in the terms.
Those are the areas we know best and where we also work on local search, but we can look after businesses and professionals in other cities remotely.
